Conceptualising is generally the next step in the process of bringing an idea into some kind of formal direction.
That is to say it would give anyone a clear direction in which to move, and in doing so would take a leap of faith towards an outcome. This also is the process in which everyone that is involved has a way of projecting the outcome.
