| Back Drops | Just as recently as 2008 there has been a resurgence of painting back drops. The film industry has found to produce a large drop with a digital image, it requires the image to be of high quality and detail. If not, it would require an experienced artisan to manipulate the image. In addition, there are printing costs as well as the backdrop having to be hung very carefully. Where as a traditional back drop requires only an experienced scenic artist to access a pre-hung canvas. With paint and the necessary tools and equipment any manipulation can be achieved on the spot and in situ.
