| Scenic, Sets & Signage | This section has been more project orientated which involves being completely hands on. Scenic artists used to be known for producing purely backdrops, but with the change, in particular the film industry and therefore getting drops produced digitally, texture artists or set finishers have absorbed this title. Texture art and set finishing usually involved teams of people and a good array of equipment and great use of common sense and chemistry. This has often been performed in some of the most inhospitable and remote places on earth with minimal supply of materials and recourses. |
